The healing process is often confusing and lonely.
You might be the only one in your family and social circle with this physical trauma. On top of this, people around you probably don’t really understand what you’re going through emotionally, mentally, and physically.
You are not alone, though!
If you’re currently suffering from any kind of physical trauma, you’ve come to the right place…
Virginia C.
When clients reach out to me for the first time, they very often describe their situation as:
➜ “I’m in tears every night. It was ok for the first few months but now that I started moving around I noticed how much I can’t do.”
➜ “I feel I’m lacking control – the things that I took for granted are gone and everything has become so hard to do.”
➜ “I’m afraid I’m not gonna recover like I want.“
➜ “I feel I’m doing everything in my power, from meditations to hypnosis, working on my beliefs, but no matter how much I try, it feels like I’m faking it. It’s just not sinking in. And now I’m afraid this will affect my healing in a very bad way.”
➜ “My body has never let me down before and every challenge I have faced I have conquered. But now – I’m frightened that I’ll never be like that again. I just want to be normal again!”
➜ “No one told me how difficult it is when the fears, the anxiety and depression kick in. I’m so sick and tired of being in pain. And so sick and tired of not being able to do what I used to. I just want my life back!”
➜ “I’m so sad and asking myself Why me? I feel like I’m being punished for something.”
The things that are going on with you internally are happening to others as well.
I walked the path you’re on right now.

After a complicated surgery to fix a broken and dislocated right talus bone, I honestly thought that my ankle (and my life) would be back to normal in a couple of months.
I was wrong, and after months of hard work, I was still experiencing physical difficulties as well as emotional and mental turmoil.
I did get scared that the doctors might be right, after all, and that all those predictions back in the hospital were coming true…
That my ankle would never be the same again. That I’d have serious issues walking on uneven surfaces or that I might walk with a limp for the rest of my life. As well as arthritis and a big possibility of developing avascular necrosis (the talus bone dying off, which would mean extra operations that might or might not be successful.)

I thought I heard everything when I fractured my ankle.
But then I developed chronic pain in my hips and lower back a few years later and I heard similarly grave predictions all over again.
They told me that I’d never get better without those steroid injections.
I listened both times… but then I refused to play their game.

I sensed there was a different and better way to do things.
I sensed that everything was connected.
And I sensed that if I went beyond just the physical, my body would follow naturally.
What happened as a result of my decisions could be described as a miracle healing although it was anything but that. And you, too, are capable of this!
Physical accomplishments might sound amazing, yes, but what I actually achieved, fills my heart with joy and peace.
On this healing journey, I went deep, into the darkest depths of my soul, and returned with gifts I used to only dream about.
Confidence
I probably don’t need to tell you how physical trauma shakes your core beliefs about your capabilities and the ability to meet any kind of challenge and succeed. Even those who are extremely confident can be brought to their knees when something so big happens.
It was the same with me.
And yet, when I followed my heart and my intuition, and when I put everything that I’d learned into practice, things started to change swiftly. I regained all that had been lost and then I added some more.
This has had the most amazing effect on my life.
Trust
How can you trust your body again after this? And how can you trust yourself again?
Trust is a key element in any kind of relationship – the one with yourself as well. And so it is crucial to regain it so that you can live life fully.
There is a part of me that was consistently giving me clues about what I needed to do so that I could heal completely.
I re-learned to listen and to follow that part of me, and it completely changed my life, in every single possible area.
Joy and happiness
It’s easy to be positive when things are going well. But how can you feel that when facing adversity? And not just that, but when physical challenges can take weeks, months, or years?
This was a big one for me! I suffered from high-functioning depression for most of my life. On the outside everything looked fine, but on the inside my world was crumbling.
The key here was to deal with what was happening internally. I needed to turn that emotional and mental restlessness into a stable internal world so that life became beautiful (again).
For me, personally, this is a life-long journey. Even though I’ve gained so much of it already, because of all the traumatic experiences I went through growing up, I’m still finding ways to heal those wounds so that I can experience even more joy and happiness in my everyday life.
The answer to my ‘why’ that led to gratitude
Your physical trauma is a gift – it might not feel like it right now, I understand. But it is something that can change your life for the better in ways you can’t even imagine right now.
I was there. I also asked myself “Why me?” and “Why now?”.
It was the wake-up call I needed to stop walking through life half-asleep and deal with those things that I’d been pushing aside for too long.
And once I connected the dots and started resolving this, it catapulted me forward and I’ll be forever grateful. It truly was a shortcut to where I wanted to be.

All of this is what ultimately led me to you.
It’s not a coincidence that our paths crossed.
Perhaps a part of you has been guiding you here and now it’s on you to take action.
Let’s figure out together how this adversity can be resolved so that you become whole again!

Healed and Whole
Personalized guidance and healing program
Your investment: $4,200
There are 12 weeks in front of us.
In this time together, we will lay the foundation for deep healing, and then we will start to peel your emotional and mental layers in as gentle or strong a way as necessary. Either way, it will be profound. You will change your perception, transform your thought patterns, connect the dots, and raise your vibration, among other things.
When you surrender to the inner work, your body can relax and as a result, you allow this deep transformation to have a positive effect on your physical body.
Anu C.I was extremely nervous, depressed, and tensed constantly after the accident. I realized I needed a different kind of help – and I reached out to Dr. Maya. While working with her I began to feel more positive and confident. I felt supported and knowing that she was speaking from experience helped immensely. Slowly one by one she helped me overcome those mental roadblocks and that helped speed up my recovery. I finally felt that I was beginning to take charge of my recovery and I could make a difference to my healing.
My doctor was amazed at my speedy recovery and the range of movement I gained. Dr. Maya played such a huge role in it and I’m so grateful for her help.
It’s always
personalized!
Each of us is unique, with our own personal experiences, traumas, stories.
This is the reason why my guidance never consists of certain in-order steps that a client needs to take. There’s no cookie-cutter approach here!
From here on, we, in a way, co-create the program.
You need to be as invested in this process as I am in yours. I will guide you but I cannot do the work instead of you.
Because…
My role as a healer is not to cure you nor save you – this is your responsibility.
But what I will do is guide you, use the appropriate techniques, hold the space for you and your healing, ask the deep questions, work with the energies, and help you get the answers that are already in you.
You are a powerful human being and I see you.
Virginia C.I felt such relief when I found Dr. Maya because the information that I was getting from medical professionals was not adequate and there was no real guidance provided. During coaching, it was so evident that she had thought about things, and considered my unique situation. I felt heard, taken seriously, respected, and cared about.
With her help, I went from being hopeless to hopeful, as well as realizing what needs my attention in my life and resolve this in order for me to be truly happy. I changed my lifestyle, I am healthier and happier now, I’m hiking and I started dancing again – something that seemed impossible for a long time.
I’m deeply thankful for all of her guidance.
About the first two sessions
and co-creation…
After our initial conversation to figure out if this is a good match for both of us and once you sign up for the personalized guidance and healing program, you’ll get a detailed questionnaire from me.
It usually takes a few days for the clients to fill it and then send it back.
The questionnaire does two things: it prepares you for the process that is in front of you and it gives me an insight into your present and past situation. This will give us the basis for the foundation on which you, with my help, will build your new inner world and stability.
The first session is longer than the rest of the regular healing calls. This allows us to look deeper into your programming and to address those areas that need our attention first.
The session that will follow will be longer as well. I will guide you through a technique that will help you readjust your internal programming and emotions linked to your past experiences. Your subconscious mind will give you the answers that will help you release any stuck emotions. It is a powerful process that has been changing the trajectories of my clients’ healing paths for years.

There’s me before the Time Line Therapy Session and then there’s me after this incredible session.
I can’t believe the difference in my mood, how my body feels, and how I react to what has been happening around me.
It feels like a miracle.
Mary
Maya, I have no idea what you did in those few minutes but I completely changed my self-talk and I feel way more confident.
I stopped calling myself ‘lazy’ and ‘an idiot’, something I had been doing for decades. Thank you!

From here on, as mentioned, we’ll start to co-create the program.
To give you a better idea of how this co-creation can look like, here are some examples of the clients’ experiences.
We have worked on…
The support in between…

We are all different and some clients need more additional support than others.
Whenever you find yourself in need of reaching out and getting additional help and support between the healing sessions, you’ll be able to do this through email, or my preferred way of communication, through the Telegram app (text, voice).
Clients often write text messages but in most cases, you’ll get a voice message back from me.

Nicola B.Dr. Maya is the biggest blessing! She taught me techniques to cope with anxiety attacks as they were happening. They started decreasing right from the start of our work together. As the anxiety attacks were decreasing, incredibly, the flexibility of my foot and ankle started increasing, so Dr. Maya’s mindful approach really improved my recovery.
Now I am less fearful and therefore can push myself more, physically. I have been able to enjoy social situations again without feeling anxious before going. I feel more positive and I worry less about what could happen. I have stopped crying daily!
I feel so lucky that I discovered Dr. Maya. She turned my life around and I will forever be grateful.

A bit about her…
Dr. Maya Novak is an internationally acclaimed healer, the author of Heal Beyond Expectations (a #1 Amazon Best Seller in Injuries & Rehabilitation), and the host of The Mindful Injury Recovery Talks. She’s known for her unique approach to treating physical trauma—a blend of her medical background, extensive study and research into the mind-body-spirit-connection, and personal experience.
She guides women through the labyrinth of physical trauma so that they can heal their bodies and lives holistically. Her work covers all those areas that are considered rarely, superficially, or not at all by the conventional medical approach, but make all the difference in a person’s journey.
Dr. Maya’s deep dive into healing physical trauma holistically started when she fractured and dislocated her ankle due to a rock-climbing accident and was told she would be limping and in pain for the rest of her life. She sensed there was a different kind of way than what conventional medicine offers.
She followed her intuition, deepened her knowledge of the mind-body-spirit-connection, and combined with her medical background, she discovered a path of complete healing. Now she helps women across the globe unleash their healing potential, so they can fully recover from their physical traumas and live a joyful, happy, and fulfilling life.
The biggest gift is not just my healed ankle now but that I don’t live in a place of fear anymore and it doesn’t dictate my life.
