Right now is the middle of January and if this is your first winter after the accident, you’re probably wondering what is going on with your recovery.

I know a lot of the members of the support group and my subscribers do.

“Some days when it’s cold my ankle feels sore. I don’t know if that’s just the injury or what?”

“I just got back from South Dakota and damp colder weather made my knee feel worse.”

When temperatures are shorts-friendly, the tendons, ligaments, muscles… are so much more relaxed, but as soon as the temperatures drop (below your age, as the meme goes ;)), everything becomes so much stiffer and it really feels like your recovery has stopped.

I went through the same thing and I can tell you that the first winter is the hardest!

In this video, I’m sharing tips on how to make the first one as pleasant as possible.
